What we collect

If you submit the interest form we collect the name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, reason for contact, estimated investment range and message. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.

We do not collect financial statements, identity documents or accreditation evidence through this website. Do not send them to us through this form.

If you allow analytics, our analytics provider records page views and aggregate usage of this page. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your submission to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about this offering. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is your request to take steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our fundraise.

Analytics runs only if you allow it. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time using the privacy choices link in the footer.

Who we share it with

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the analytics described above. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, and may also be delivered to our internal customer relationship system. These providers act on our instructions as processors.

If an investment progresses, accredited investor verification is carried out by a third-party verification service under its own privacy terms, and you deal with that service directly. We do not receive your verification documents.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the inquiry, and afterwards where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or securities-law obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

International transfers

Pontex is based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States your information will be transferred there. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses entered into with our providers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California may request disclosure or deletion and may not be discriminated against for doing so.

To exercise any of these rights, email partnerships@pontex.ai. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
